Pilates Teacher Training Program
Main Spring Pilates and Wellness is pleased to offer a classically-based Pilates Teacher Training Program under the direction of studio owner, Cami Leech Florio, NCPT. The program is based on Joseph Pilates’ original repertoire and includes detailed instruction on training clients across all age groups and fitness levels. A selection of contemporary and functional fitness exercises are incorporated into the training program as a complement to the traditional Pilates methodology. We offer two options for Pilates teacher training:

-
Mat and Reformer, or
-
Comprehensive

The training curriculum is aligned with industry standards for Pilates teachers, and includes a combination of lecture, self-study, live observation, personal practice, practice teaching and competency evaluations.
Program tuition covers all aspects of training, plus an instructor manual, training video library and tracking log.
